How to ship your drone

Request a label through the quote form; we email it within one business day.
Pack the aircraft in its case or a snug box with padding. Props off if they're loose.
Ship batteries separately per carrier rules, or leave them out; we have test batteries for every model.
Include the controller only if the issue involves linking or control.
Insured return shipping is included on repairs over $150.

Water damage? Read this first.

Do not power it on. Do not charge it. Remove the battery. Ship it within a day or two. Every hour it sits wet, the odds get worse, and powering a wet board is how a $150 cleaning becomes a $400 mainboard.
