Drone repair that ends with a certification flight, not a guess.
DJI, Autel, Skydio, Parrot, Freefly, Inspired Flight and custom FPV. Photographic diagnosis before any work, published pricing, calibration on every aircraft, and a signed test-flight record in the box.
One vendor for a mixed fleet.
Matrice, Mavic 3 Enterprise, Inspire, EVO Max, Skydio, Freefly, Inspired Flight. Priority 48-hour turnaround, hot spares, per-aircraft service records your safety manager and insurer can read, and maintenance plans from $149 per aircraft per month.
Crashed it? Probably worth fixing.
Mini, Air, Mavic, Phantom, Avata, EVO, Anafi and FPV. A $189 arm repair saves a $759 drone. We tear it down, photograph what we find, and quote the whole picture. Your drone, your call; we just make sure you have the numbers.
What we fix, and what it starts at
Every job starts with a full teardown inspection and a written quote with photos. Nothing is replaced until you approve it.

Repaired is not the same as certified.
Anyone can swap a gimbal. The reason fleet operators choose us is the record that comes back with the aircraft: firmware version, every calibration performed, hover drift, horizon level, return-to-home result, the flight log, and the Part 107 pilot who signed it. It backs the warranty, it satisfies the insurer, and it is what a safety manager wants to see before a repaired aircraft goes back on a job.
We publish our prices, we photograph everything we find, and we quote every repair we can do. The decision is yours; the certification is ours.
Which drone brands does M3 Repair service?
All of them. DJI (Mini, Air, Mavic, Phantom, Inspire, Avata, Matrice), Autel (EVO II, Lite, Max), Skydio, Parrot, Freefly, Inspired Flight, and custom FPV builds. If a model is not listed on our site, send it in; the diagnostic is the same.
Is my drone worth repairing or should I replace it?
That's your call, and we give you the numbers to make it. Most repairs are a fraction of replacement: a $189 arm against a $759 Mini 4 Pro, a $449 gimbal against a $2,000 Mavic 3. Your quote shows the repair total next to the replacement price. If you go ahead, the diagnostic fee is credited; if you don't, it's all you pay.
What should I do right after a drone crash?
Power it off and remove the battery. Don't try to fly it again, even if it looks fine; a bent motor shaft or a cracked hinge can fail in the air. Photograph the damage, keep every piece including props, and don't charge a battery that was in the crash until it's been checked. Then request a quote; we'll send a mail-in label or you can drop off in Miami.
Can I repair my drone myself?
Arm, prop and shell swaps on older models are doable with a precision driver kit and patience. Motor-lead soldering on folding DJI airframes, gimbal ribbons, and anything requiring IMU or gimbal calibration are where DIY repairs usually end up on our bench with more damage. If you try, keep every screw in its position and don't power on with a loose ribbon. If you'd rather not, our diagnostic is credited toward the repair.
How much does a drone repair cost?
Consumer and prosumer repairs typically run $129 to $699 with parts; enterprise repairs $449 to $2,400 depending on the part. Diagnosis is $79 for consumer and $149 for enterprise aircraft, credited in full to the repair. Bench labor is $125 per hour consumer and $165 per hour enterprise.
How long does a drone repair take?
Most consumer repairs are back in 3 to 5 business days. Enterprise and fleet customers get 48-hour priority turnaround. Parts availability for older or unusual models can add time, and we tell you before you commit.
