Most crashes break the same five things: an arm, a motor, a hinge, the shell, or the gimbal mount. We tear the aircraft down completely, photograph what we find, and quote the whole picture before any part is ordered. Folding airframes get motor leads resoldered to the ESC with a continuity check between phases before power is ever applied. Every structural part is replaced, never glued.
